Ginger piece 2 inch

Chana Dal 1 cup

Garlic cloves 6

Red chili powder 1 tbsp

Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Salt 1 tsp

Whole red chili 3

Cloves 6

Black pepper corn 12

Black cardamom pods 1

Cinnamon stick 2

Green cardamom pods 2

Mint Half bunch

Green chili 4

Coriander leaves half bunch

How To Make Shami kabab


Shami kabab Masala

Red chili powder 1 tbsp

Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Salt 1 tbsp

Add Whole spices

Cloves 6

Whole red chili 3

Black pepper corn 12

Green cardamom pods 2

Black cardamom pods 1

Cinnamon stick 2

Coriander leaves half bunch

Green chili 4

Mint leaves half bunch

Add all the whole spices ingredients into a cooking pot.

Add 1 tablespoon of red chili powder, 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of salt.

Add 1 cup soaked Chana dal.

Add 6 cup of water, bring to a boil, cover the pot,and turn the flame to low and then cook the meat and lentil become tender,and soft easily.

Once the meat and lentil are tender or soft,then add fresh herbs and green chili.

PREPARE Shami KaBAB MIXTURE

Let the Shami kabab mixture completed cool,them grind.

Roll out a ball of Shami kabab (Grease your hands with a little oil) and shape the kabab.

PAN FRY SHAMI KaBAB

Heat oil in a nonstick frying pan. Place patties in pan and fry each side till it’s a brown. Transfer to a plate lined with a paper towel to absorbexcess oil.

  • 3 Whole red chili
  • 12 Black pepper corn
  • 2 Inches Cinnamon stick

  • 1 Black cardamom pods
  • 2 Green cardamom pods
  • 4 Green chili
  • Half Bunch Coriander leaves
  • Half Bunch Mint leaves
