Tamarind Chutney

I’m here with an amazing and so tangy, spices chutney easy-to-follow.In Pakistan, it is served this chutney along with Bun kabab.

This simplest chutney has five amazing ingredients. The extra spices come from adding whole red chili this is more spices. Beautiful color that you see in these pictures. It is a very easy method to make this chutney.

What You Need

  • Coriander Leaves
  • Mint Leaves
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Tamarind
  • Salt
  • Green Chili
  • Whole Red Chili
  • Garlic

How To Make It

  • Wash the tamarind and soak in water for at least 30 minutes.
  • Use your hand,squeez the pulp form the imli in the bowl (without Skin).
  • And then strain the pulp throughtly.
  • Take a blender jar add strained imli pulp, coriander,mint,1/2 teaspoon salt, green chili, whole red chili, garlic cloves, and cumin seeds, and blend until coarse consistency.
  • Take out the chutney into the serving bowl.
  • Serving.

How to serve Tamarind Chutney?

Tamarind Chutney(Imli ki chutney) can be served with Chicken Shami kabab, BBQ, Fish Tikka, Roasted Chicken,Chana Chaat (White Chickpea chaat). My brother personally this chutney eaten with the most popular Pakistan street snack such as bun kabab.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Tamarind
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • Half Bunch Mint Leaves
  • 1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 4 Green Chili
  • 6 Whole Red Chili
  • 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds Roasted

Instructions
