  • Add,the soaked chana dal,to a cooking pot.
  • Add,chicken piece,ginger,garlic,salt,tumeric powder,salt,cinnamom stick,black cardamom,green cardamom,black peppercorn,cloves,star anise,whole red chili,green chili,coriander leaves in pour 1 and 1/2 cups water to a cooking pot.
  • Mix well .Cover and cook for 20 minutes until chicken and dal get tender.Stirring for 5 minutes on high flame until the leftover moisture has evaporated and the mixture start sticking to the bottom of the cooking pot . Turn off the flame.

  • Transfer to a mixture a blender jar to a until smooth mixture.
  • Divide the Mixture to equal sized ball.
  • Flatten them to shape like kabab,patties

  • Heat oil to a frying pan.when the oil is warmed places 4 kabab in a hot frying pan and fry them until golden for both sides.
  • Serve with Tamarind Chutney |Imli Ki Chutney.

  • 500 Gram Chicken boneless
  • 1/2 Cup Chana Dal Soaked
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 inch Cinnamon stick
  • 1 Black Cardamom
  • 4 Green Cardamom
  • 8 Black pepper corn
  • 2 Cloves
  • 1 Star anise
  • 8 Garlic Cloves Small
  • 2 Pieces Ginger
  • 10 Whole red chili
  • 2 Green Chili
  • 1/2 Cup Coriander Leaves
  • 2 1/2 Cups Water
  • Oil For Frying

Instructions
