In this recipe, I didn’t use the air fryer, and to make it simple, fried using a deep frying method. It essentially combines a cooking pot with deep frying to fry chicken that has been marinated and coated.

I used minimal spices to prepare this FRIDE CHICKEN. Easy method for beginners to try at home and get the same result if you follow step by step photo. Its crunchy, crispy, and juicy chicken will add value to your dining.

MARINATION INGREDIENTS

Chicken legs 8

Red chili powder 1 tbsp

Salt 1 tsp

Black pepper powder 1 tsp

Garlic powder 1 tbsp

Mix herbs 1 tbsp

Hot Sauce 1 tbsp

Coating Ingredients

All-purpose flour 1cup

Corn flour 1/2 cup

Salt 1 tsp

Paprika powder 1 tbsp

Other Ingredients

Water

Oil for frying

How to make fried chicken

In a mixing bowl, whisk together,1 tablespoon of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder,1 tablespoon of mixed herbs, and 1 tablespoon of hot sauce.

And mix well.

Add in chicken pieces. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

In a bowl, add 1 cup of all-purpose flour,1/2 cup of corn Flour and mix well.

Coat marinated chicken pieces in flour coating then dip them into water then again coat in flour coating.
