This Andrasay is a classic recipe andrasay is sweet crispy from the outside soft from the inside and aroma with cardamom seeds so good! This recipe is a sweet recipe that is usually made during Precipitation day. I have made first-time follow-as easy step-by-step photos.

These are very usually prepared in most homes for an evening time snack, which is served with a cup of Milk Tea.

Making Dough

In a large bowl, combine.

  • 2 cups Rice Flour
  • 1/2 Cup sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Milk powder
  • 8 tablespoons Semoline (suji)
  • 2 pinch Baking soda
  • 4 Cardamom seeds
  • 1/2 cup powder sugar

Mix all of these, then add egg’s white and mix well until it crumbles.

Add 1/2 cup milk and knead for 1 minute by hand. After 1 minute of kneading, your dough should be smooth.

Shape the dough place in a bowl and rest for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat ghee in a deep pot on a low flame.

After 20 minutes, divide the dough to make equal small balls that should be smooth and without any lines.

Frying Ball

When the oil is hot. To check the oil temperature is correct. Drop a one prepared ball, into the hot oil, the ball should slowly rise up, and start bubbles, into the oil, and should not golden immediately. This oil temperature is, correctly, for frying.

Add to prepared 10 balls to hot oil or, depending on the Potential of your pot.

And fry the balls for 1 minute until they are deeply golden.

When the balls are evenly golden, using a colander, remove the fried balls.

Fry the 2 batches following the same method.

Place the Andarasay on the tissue paper and absorb the extra oil. Cools them completely.

Serve the andarsay with hot tea.

Notes

  • Use room temperature milk.
