Milk Tea is most popular in India, Pakistani, and Bangladesh as an everyday Habit. One cup of new warm milk tea in the first part of the day gives a sensation of newness. This Tea recipe is for all tea sweethearts. You should attempt this recipe at home. They can be enjoyed as a breakfast crispy paratha.
My brother is a good tea maker. Milk tea is made by my brother and it was too good. I am sharing a traditional way of making the best milk tea recipe at home. Many people enjoy this milk tea in the evening time and the side with a favorite snack as a pound cake,Andrasay,Homemade Doughnuts,Onion Fritters (Pyaz Pakora). Especially Pakistan enjoys in the morning breakfast with chai paratha.

Thing you need
Tea-I used Tapal Danedar for this recipe but you can use any strong tea.
Milk-The traditional recipe used fresh cow milk is used it. But you can use any evaporated milk it is good creamy and thick.
Sugar-I have used white sugar.
Water-I have always used filtered water.
How to make milk tea
In a saucepan, add 4 cups of filtered water. once the water starts boiling and then add 5 tablespoons of sugar. (few people a very sweet tea so you can increase the sugar according to your taste). boil for 5 minutes on medium flame.
Now add 2 tablespoons of tea.
Boil for 10 minutes until the dark color.
And then add 1/2 +1/4 fresh milk. Once the milk comes to a boil and cooks for 8 minutes.
Stir to mix.
Transfer the tea into the cup using the help of a tea strainer.
Serve hot enjoy with cake rusk.
