Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Kg Kalaji
  • 2 Medium Onion Sliced
  • 2 Medium Tomato Sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger paste Fresh
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic paste Fresh
  • 1/2 Cup Yogurt Whisked
  • 1 Tsp Salt According to your taste
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin powder
  • 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 Tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp Red chili flakes
  • 1 Tsp Fennel powder
  • 1 Tsp Whole spices powder
  • 2 Tbsp Dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1/2 Cup Cooking oil
  • 2-4 Green chili chopped
  • Coriander leaves chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a kadhi pour1/2 cup oil. When the oil turn hot, add onion, fry on medium flame until light golden.
  • Add liver piece and fry on medium flame for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, released water and keep stirring on high flame until dry all the liver water.
  • Then stir in 1 tablespoon ginger paste, garlic paste and mix well until a nice aroma comes out.
  • Next add tomato, cover, and cook for 5-8 minutes on medium flame until tomato are tender and mushy.
  • Add all the powder spices,1 teaspoon salt,2 tablespoon coriander powder,1 tablespoon cumin powder,1 teaspoon turmeric powder,1 tablespoon red chili powder,1 tablespoon red chili flakes,1 teaspoon fennel powder and mix well.
  • Add, pour yogurt to it and cover and cook on low flame until liver is tender. When oil separates on the sides of the kadhi.
  • Now add 1 teaspoon whole spices powder and spread 2 tablespoon dried fenugreek leaves and sprinkle chopped green chili.
  • Serve the kaleji with paratha,Naan.
