This recipe is perfect for busy weeknights because it’s so quick and easy to prepare and they taste like the ones you get from restaurants and even though these are made deep-fried. This Fried potato wedges recipe is delicious with any type of meal served.
How To Make Fried Potato Wedges
Take all the spices and keep them aside.
- All-Purpose Flour 2 Tablespoons
- Red Chili Powder 2 Tablespoons
- Garlic Powder 1 Teaspoon
- Black Pepper Powder 1/2 Teaspoon
- Salt 1 Teaspoon
- Paprika Powder 1 Teaspoon
Mix all of the Spices.
Wash and peel the potatoes.
To make the wedges, cut each potato in half and place it on a large plate.
And cut into a wedge shape.
Add the wedges to a mixing bowl.
Add the prepared Spices.
Mix well until the spices are coated in the potatoes.
Heat the oil. When the oil is perfectly hot then add one by one potato wedges into the hot oil.
When the potatoes are golden in color. Remove them to a colander. Fry the second batches to the same method.
Potato wedges are ready to serve with ketchup and mayonnaise.
