Chicken Cheesesteak Ingredients

Chicken strips 250 gram

Capsicum 1

Onion 1

Black pepper 1 tsp

Salt 1 tsp

Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp

Cooking oil as needed

How To Make Chicken Philly Cheesesteak?

  1. Heat a large non-stick skillet on the stove over medium-high heat.
  2. When hot, add one tablespoons of vegetables oil. Then add sliced green capsicum and onions and stir fry until starting to become tender and caramelized, about two minutes.
  3. Remove the cooked capsicum and onions from the pan and transfer for a plate or bowl.
  4. Add the two of cooking oil to the pan. Then add the strips chicken and cook until Tender.
  5. Add the peppers and onions back into the pan, along with the 1 tsp of black pepper powder, 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce, salt, and Mix well.
  6. Add 1/2 cup of shredded cheese to the top of the chicken and vegetables.
  7. Put a lid on top of the pan to trap the heat and melt the cheese.
  8. While the cheese is melting, toast the bread.
  9. Remove the lid from the pan once the cheese has melted and use a large spatula to scoop up the chicken and vegetables and place them on the bread.
  10. Serve immediately.

Freeze for up to 1 months, freeze the stuffing separately from hoagie sandwich buns in airtight containers. Alternatively, assemble the sandwich and allow it to cool fully. Then wrap the sandwich in non-stick foil and freeze.
