Chicken Cheesesteak Ingredients
Chicken strips 250 gram
Capsicum 1
Onion 1
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp

How To Make Chicken Philly Cheesesteak?
- Heat a large non-stick skillet on the stove over medium-high heat.
- When hot, add one tablespoons of vegetables oil. Then add sliced green capsicum and onions and stir fry until starting to become tender and caramelized, about two minutes.
- Remove the cooked capsicum and onions from the pan and transfer for a plate or bowl.
- Add the two of cooking oil to the pan. Then add the strips chicken and cook until Tender.
- Add the peppers and onions back into the pan, along with the 1 tsp of black pepper powder, 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce, salt, and Mix well.
- Add 1/2 cup of shredded cheese to the top of the chicken and vegetables.
- Put a lid on top of the pan to trap the heat and melt the cheese.
- While the cheese is melting, toast the bread.
- Remove the lid from the pan once the cheese has melted and use a large spatula to scoop up the chicken and vegetables and place them on the bread.
- Serve immediately.

Freeze for up to 1 months, freeze the stuffing separately from hoagie sandwich buns in airtight containers. Alternatively, assemble the sandwich and allow it to cool fully. Then wrap the sandwich in non-stick foil and freeze.
