How To Make?
Rinse the potatoes under running water. Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1/4 inch thick slices. Add them to a bowl of water and soak for 1 hour. After 1 hour strains the water immediately.
Stuffing Chicken
Take a non-stick pan and heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
Add 1 cup of chicken and fry until the chicken on both sides is white.
Then add 1 teaspoon of coriander powder.
1 teaspoon of red chili powder.
Next, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Now add 1 teaspoon of vinegar and mix well.
Frying Potato
Heat oil in a deep pot. When the oil is perfectly hot, drop the potato slices into the hot oil fry on medium heat until golden. Remove them to a colander. And set aside. Now start assembling.
Assembling
Take a deep-sized pizza plate and add potato fries, stuffing chicken,1/2 cup of grated cheese, capsicum, black Olivia, and 1 teaspoon of red chili flakes.
Bake for 5 minutes and until cheese melts.
