This is my 25 chicken recipe post and I’m so excited. I can’t think of a better way to celebrate, so today I’m going to share some of my favorite chicken recipes with you. I’m sure you’ll thank me later. Because – it’s very good! Delicious meats are mixed with spices to make them tender, tasty and cooked to perfection. It’s best with naan,Boil Rice and Roti (Chapati & Phulka)(whole wheat bread), but you can eat it with chopped coriander.A perfect desi experience.

Marination Ingredients
- Chicken 500 gram
- Yogurt 100 grams
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Whole spices powder 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
Gravy Ingredients
- Onion 2 medium
- Garlic 2
- Ginger 1 piece 1 inches
- Green chili 2
- Cashew nuts 15
Other Ingredients
- Cooking oil 1/4 cup
- Cinnamon stick 1
- Cloves 4
- Black peppers corn 4
- Green cardamom pods 4
- Fenugreek Leaves 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves chopped
How To Serve?
Black pepper chicken or Kali Mirch chicken with a crispy Lachha Paratha with a side of salad for a comforting weekday dinner.You can also serve it with other Indian bread such as,PlainParatha, Naan, or any bread of your choice.It can also be served with Bagara Rice (Bagara Chawal).
How To Make Black pepper chicken
Marinate The Chicken
Marinate the chicken with yogurt,black pepper powder, lime juice,cumin powder ,whole spices powder and salt, then cover and place it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Gravy Paste
Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the onions, ginger, and garlic, green chili,cashew nut for around 5 minutes after adding them. Transfer the mixture to a grinder, and blend until it becomes a smooth paste.
Cook Chicken
Heat some oil in a skillet and add, cloves, cinnamon sticks, black pepper seeds,and green cardamom pods fry until aromo.
Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes, until the chicken is slightly browned and the raw smell is gone. Stir frequently while cooking.
Add paste mix well until oil release from the side.
Now add 1 cup of water and mix well.Reduce the heat to low.Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 40-45 minutes, until the chicken is cooked well and oil separate from the side.
Now add Kasuri methi, coriander cook for 4-5 minutes stirring frequently.Check for salt and add more if needed.Serve
