How to boil rice

Take a bowl, add 1 cup of rice clean and wash 3 times till the water runs clear.

Soak in 2 cups of water for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Meanwhile,1 liter of water to a boil in a large cooking pot. Add 1 tablespoon salt.

Once it starts boiling, and then add drained rice and cook for 8 (depending upon your rice quality increase and decrease cook time) medium heat.

Check the rice is cooked al-dente. Drain the rice into a strainer.

Cover the pot with a lid and steam (dum) for 2 minutes on low heat. Once the rice is done turn off the heat.

- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Liter Water
Instructions

- Soak in 2 cups of water for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes. Drain and set aside.

- Check the rice is cooked al-dente or 90% cooked. Drain the rice into a strainer.
- Cover the pot with a lid and steam (dum) for 2 minutes on low heat. Once the rice is done turn off the heat.
