Beef Stew or stew meat is a Pakistani curry with succulent and juicy beef pieces simmered in a rich gravy made with onion -tomato yogurt, whole spices and spices.

Ingredients
Beef Boti 500 gram
Oil 1/4 cup
Onion 2 medium
Tomato 4 medium
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Ginger chopped
Black peppercorn 6
Salt 1 tsp
Bay leaf 2
Cinnamom stick 1
Garlic chopped 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Black cardamom 1
Green chili 4
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
How to make stew?
Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add 6 black peppercorns, 1 cinnamon, 1 black cardamoms, and 2 bay leaves, and let them crackle for 5-6 seconds.
Add 2 medium chopped onions and cook until they turn light brown (6-8 minutes), stirring frequently.Add chopped ginger and garlic and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Now add 500g beef meat and cook for 4-5 minutes.Add 1/2 turmeric powder,1 salt,1 tbsp coriander seeds, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 cumin seeds, 4 whole red chili,4 green chili and mix well.
Then,add 4 medium chopped tomato cook until tomato are softened.
Now add 1/2 cup yogurt and mix well.
Add 1 cup of water and stir to combine.Reduce the heat to low.Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 25-30 minutes until the beef is cooked well. Stir a few times while cooking.Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Check for salt and add more if needed.Serve hot.

Storage And Suggestions
Beef stew can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.Reheat in a pan or a microwave until hot. Add some water if the curry has thickened after refrigerator.
