Marination
Wash the beef pieces thoroughly. Drain the water completely and transfer to the mixing bowl.Add 1 teaspoon ginger,1 teaspoon garlic paste and 1 cup yogurt,2 tablespoon red chili powder,1 teaspoon salt,1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder,2 tablespoon coriander powder,1 tablespoon cumin powder,1 teaspoon whole spices powder and mix well marinated for 30 minutes.
In a large pot over medium heat, warm the oil,add sliced onions. Sauté until translucent. It takes approximately 5 minutes. Add a teaspoon of salt to speed up the sauteéing process.Now add sliced tomatoes and green chili saute for 4 minutes until they are soft.
Remove the fry onion and tomatoes from the oil and transfer them to the bowl.And blend until smooth puree.
Add 1/4 cup more oil in the remaining pot,add whole spices and stir just until they release their aroma.
Add marinated beed and, stirring frequently, cook until brown the meat on all sides.You will see the beef release liquid.
Now add puree and saute for 5 minutes until raw sell of onion,tomatoes should goes away.
Pour 3 cups of water and stir.Cover and cook for 30 minutes on low heat.The meat should be tender.
You will see that oil is begins to separate.
Turn off the heat and garnish with chop green chili and serve with naan,Boil Rice.
