I Am sharing a Hyderabadi Cuisines Recipe Tala Hua Gosht (beef fry) is a quick one-pot and easy beef recipe that is perfect for a weeknight. It’s cooked on low flame and is made with onions, Chili tomatoes, Herbs, and everyday spices. It goes perfectly with other Pakistani recipes such asKhatti Dal | Hyderabadi khatti dal,Boil Rice and Don’t forget to add this green chutney to make a complete meal.

Hyderabadi Talawa Gosht Recipe is a Pakistani Eid dish. It is so popular in Pakistan this food recipe is so tasty and delicious. Pakistani and Indians also enjoy this yummy and spicy Hyderabadi Tala Hua Gosht (Talawa Gosht) dish recipe.
Ingredients Required
Beef Meat 250 gram
Mint 1/2 cup
Coriander 1/2 cup
Green chili 4
Tomato 2 medium
Onion 1 small
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Cooking oil 4 tbsp
How To Make Tala hua ghost
Rinse the tomato.
Chopped onion.
Slit Green chili
Cut your beef fillet into wide strips. Add 1 tablespoon of ginger paste, and 1 tablespoon of garlic paste and mix well and keep aside.
Blend along with tomato,onion, green chili,and herbs to a coarse paste.
Add the prepared paste to the transfer meat and mix very well and keep for refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pot and add marinade meat, stirring it frequently to evenly brown the meat. Add all your spices and mix well.
Following The spices are added.
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Cinnamom powder 1 tsp
Saute your meat on medium-high heat until it becomes nicely browned this takes 8 minutes.
Add 1 cup of water and bring to a boil and cook until the meat is fully cooked . When the gravy dries and the gravy starts to stick to the bottom then cook for a few minutes until the oil is realase from the sides.
Serve with Naan.
