How to make keema curry

Add 1/2 kg beef mince in a large mixing bowl. And then add spices.

  • 2 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoon gram flour
  • 1 Cup yogurt

Mix everything well and marinate the beef cover and set this aside for 30 minutes.

Heat oil. Combine all the 1 list ingredients.

Fry until golden.And transfer the blender and blend until paste.

Add the prepare mixture and fry till the keema is browned nicely.

After 5 minutes releases the excess water.

Now add the prepared paste and cook on low flame till the raw smell disappears from it and oil starts floating on top.

Add 1 cup water.

Cover and cook until mince tender.

Turn off the heat and serve.
