How To Make aloo Mogri Ki Sabji

Remove the stalk from both ends of the phalli and if you see the thread on the ends, remove it as well.

Now cut phali into 2-inch pieces and rinse them in water 4 times. Drain the water imma and set it aside.

Next, chop 1 medium-sized tomato and onion.

Saute the onions stirring often until they become softened.

Next, add 1 tbsp of homemade Ginger Garlic Paste (adrak lasan paste).

Next, add chop phalli and stir well.

Then, add chop tomato.

Add the following spices.

Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp

Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Salt 1 tsp

Cumin powder 1 tsp

Coriander powder 1 tbsp

And stir well.

Add potatoes, and also, add 1 cup of water and stir well. Cover the pot and cook until softened.(It takes around 25-30 minutes on medium-low flame.

Lastly, add chopped Coriander and mix. Turn off the stove and Serve.
