This Palak Gosht (Beef Spinach Curry) recipe is easy to cook and can be made for lunch Time as well. Hello views I’m back with a new non- vegan recipe. This recipe is Palak Gosht (Beef Spinach Curry) . It’s full of flavor, easy, quick, and delicious. You just have to 45 minutes. Perfect for a Lunch meal.

Ingredients Required

  • Spinach 1 Bunch
  • Dill leaves (soya leaves)
  • Onion 2 small
  • Cooking Oil
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chili powder
  • Red Flakes
  • Salt
  • Ginger pasta
  • Garlic paste
  • Beef Meat
Palak Gosht (Beef Spinach Curry)

How To Make Palak Gosht (Beef Spinach Curry)

Heat 4 tablespoons of oil, when the oil is warm then add chop onion and fry until it gets pinkish-brown in color. Then add 1 tablespoon of ginger, and garlic paste, and fry until the raw smell is gone.

Palak Gosht (Beef Spinach Curry)

Add meat along with the following spices powder.

  • 1 tablespoon of red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt to taste
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon of red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder

Stir till well change color and oil separate for the sides.

Now add 1 cup of water cover and cook for 30 minutes on the low-to-medium flame until the meat is cook.

Once the meat is completely cooked and oil is released from the edges of the pot.

Add chopped palak,Soya and slit green chili.

And cook again for 25 minutes until the palak are cooked .Turn off the flame.

  • 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Red chili powder
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Red Chili flakes
  • 250 gram Beef meat
  • 2 Slit green chili
