Tinday Ghost (Tinday Sabzi) recipe with step-by-step photos. This is a homestyle-cooked semi-dry curry made with Tinda, meat, and spices.

This recipe is Nonvegan as well. It makes for a healthy and delicious meal when paired with Boil Rice or served as a side dish with Aloo Fry Recipe (Fried Potatoes).

Tinday Ghost (Tinda Sabzi)

The round gourd is also called as Tinda or tinday in the Urdu language. The Meat is called as a ghost. Tinday Ghost Recipe, I mean the Summer special fresh round gourd.

Tinday Ghost (Tinda Sabzi)

Tinday Ghost (Tinda Sabzi) uses very few ingredients. This recipe is made without Coriander powder and Cumin powder as well.

Needed Ingredients

Round gourd 250 gram

Tomato Paste (Homemade Tomato Paste) 1/3 cup

Beef meat 250 gram

Homemade ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

Beef meat 250 gram

onion paste 4 tbsp

Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Salt 1 tsp

Red chili powder 1 tbsp

Oil 6 tbsp

Making Tinday Ghost

Rinse the tinday in water for a few times.

Tinday Ghost (Tinda Sabzi)

Peel and chopped small sized.

Tinday Ghost (Tinda Sabzi)

Heat 6 tbsp of cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add 250 gram beef meat and stir fry for 5 minutes until the color of meat changes completely.

Then,add 1 tbsp of homemade ginger garlic paste and sauteed for 1 minutes until raw smell dust away.

Add 4 tbsp of homemade (onion paste).

Sauteed for 1 minutes until color change.Then,add 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of salt and 1 tablespoon of red chili powder and cook for until oil separate from the sides.

Next,add 1 cup of water cover and cook for 20 minutes on low flame until meat is tender.

When meat is tender,then add chopped tinday.Cook until soft.

Then,add 1/3 cup of homemade Tomato Paste (Homemade Tomato Paste)

Cover the lid and cook until liquid is dries.
