Making Onion Puree

First, peel and thinly slice the onions.

Then, heat up the oil in a large, deep pot. Once hot ,add the sliced onion and allow them to fry until carameliz (5 minutes). Stir occasionally to make sure they’re caramelized evenly.

Take a food processor, add fried onion and blend until smooth paste.

Transfer to the bottle and store in refrigerator for 1 month.And uses for any curry gravy.
