Peri Peri sauce Ingredients
Onion 1 Medium sized
Bell Pepper 1 Medium sized
Red chili 10
Garlic cloves 4
Cilantro leaves
Cooking oil 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Thyme leaves dried 1/2 tsp
Basil leaves dried 1/2 tsp
Parsely Leaves dried 1/2 tsp
Rosemary leaves dried 1/2 tsp
Other Ingredients
Chicken 1 kg
Cooking oil 1/4 cup
How To Make Peri Peri Chicken
Making Peri Peri Sauce
Add the 1 medium sized onion,1 medium sized chopped bell peppers,10 red chili ,add cilantro leaves,4 garlic cloves,2 tablespoons of oil,2 tablespoons of vinegar,1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of black pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon of thyme,1/2 teaspoon of basil,1/2 teaspoon of rosemary,1/2 teaspoon of parsley and to a food processor. Blend until smooth paste.
Marinate The Chicken
First, add the chicken pieces to a large bowl add,Peri Peri sauce and stir it up until all of the sauce is nicely combined and coating every bit of chicken.
Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Cook The Chicken
Heat a large pan to medium heat and add the 1/4 cup oil. Add one-by-one marinated chicken to the hot oil, cover and cook for 20 minutes on medium flame.Flip the chicken pieces cover the pot and cook for another 10 minutes cook until all the liquid evaporates.
Serve.
