Ingredients For White Sauce Macaroni
Ingredients that you will need to prepare this super hit and easy-to-make macaroni recipe include.
- 2 Cups Macaroni
- 1 Tsp Black pepper powder
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 Cup Boneless Chicken
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- Veggies chopped
- 2 Tbsp All-purpose flour
- 1 Tsp Coriander powder
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Cups Warm Milk
- 1 Tsp Red chili flakes
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Black pepper powder
- 1/2 Cup cheese
Step-By-Step Photos
Boil Macaroni
Boil 2 cups of Macaroni (According to your packet instruction). I have used elbow shape macaroni. (you can use any macaroni shape are you available).
Cook until tender.
Once the macaroni is cooked and drain immediately.
Cook Chicken
Add 2 tablespoons of oil to a frying pan. Then add 1/2 teaspoon of ginger, and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic paste and fry for 30 seconds.
Add 1 cup of chicken and fry then add 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Then add 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder.
Add 1 teaspoon of coriander powder.
And then add 1 teaspoon of cumin powder.
Now add 1 tablespoon of soya sauce.
Cook until the chicken is cooked and all the liquid dries up.
Lastly, add all the chopped veggies. I have used capsicum and carrot. Cook the veggies until crunchy.
Once cooked then remove onto a bowl.
Making White Sauces
To the another cooking pot, add some oil (I have used 2 tablespoons of oil). When the oil is slight hot now add 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour.
Fry the all-purpose flour, using a spatula for around 30 seconds. And remove the heat.
Slowly add 2 cups of warm milk.
Whisk well using a whisker so that there are no lumps.
Seasonings
Then add 1 teaspoon of red chili flakes.
1 teaspoon of salt. (According to your taste)
And then add 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder and mix in everything.
Add the cooked chicken mixture and cook until the veggies and chicken are coated with the sauce.
Now add 1/2 cup of cheese and cook until the cheese melts.
Finally, add the boiled macaroni and cook until the macaroni is coated with the sauce.
And mix carefully and serve warm.
