How to make Chicken Zingy Parcels
Knead Dough
Large Bowl adds 2 cups of sifted flour,1 tsp of yeast,4 tsp of milk powder,1/2 tsp of salt, and mix all the dry ingredients. And add slowly lukewarm milk and knead the dough. Now add 2 tbsp of butter and knead again. After that cover it and rest it for 2 hours at room temperature.
Making Filling
In a pan add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Then add chicken cubes saute for 2 minutes until the chicken color changes to white color. Now, add 1 teaspoon coriander powder,1 teaspoon cumin powder,1 teaspoon salt,1 teaspoon red chili flakes,1/2 teaspoon red chili powder,2 tablespoon tomato ketchup,1 teaspoon vinegar,1 teaspoon chili sauces, saute this masala well until it becomes thick.
Assembling Zingy Paecel
After 2 hours. Divide the dough into 6 equal balls. Roll each ball into the around roti shape. using a rolling pin. Fold each side equally into a triangle shape. Again, roll down with a rolling pin retaining the triangle shape. Place the prepared filling. Now brush your edges with butter and fold down evenly into a triangle shape. Brush it with butter bake in preheated oven 18-20 mins at 180 degrees temperature until light golden in color.
