How to make Baked Stuffing Chicken Bun
Consists of 3 Steps
1. Making Dough
In an enormous blending bowl, whisk the flour, yeast, and salt together. Pour 1 egg and gently mix together with using hand until you have a crumbly. And afterward add slowly, lukewarm water as needed, knead the dough for five minutes, and form it into a ball. And placed the ball into the greased oil and cover it with plastic wrap, then place it in a warm place and to permit it to rise for 2 hours. The dough will about multiplied in size.
Once the dough is rises punch it down to remove the air bubbles. Dough out of the bowl on a sprinkle floured kitchen counter, knead through the hand for 30 seconds, till the dough is smooth.
2. Making Stuffing
Take a pan add 2 tbsp of cooking oil add chop onion and fry for a minute till the onion turn soft. And then add 1 cup shredded chicken and 1/2 tsp white pepper powder,1/2 tsp salt,1 tsp cumin powder,1 tsp coriander powder,1/2 tsp red chili powder,1/2 tsp red chili flakes, and mix well. Now add 2 tbsp tomato ketchup,1 tsp soy sauce,1 tsp hot sauce, and cook for 1 minute until the stuffing is dried up.
3. Bun Assembling And Bake
Divide the dough into identical sizes. Using a hand spread the dough, to a circle form and add 2 tablespoons of prepared stuffing, seal the buns by flipping the sides, over the filling and pinching them together.
On a baking tray put butter paper and place prepared buns. Brush top with beaten egg and sprinkle white sesame seeds. Bake in preheated oven at 180 c for 20-25 minutes.
