How To Make?
In a wok add 1/2 cup of vegetable oil. And add sliced onions. Saute till golden brown.
When the onion is golden brown then remove the onion from the wok and set it aside.

Add a 2 bay leaf, 4 green cardamoms,6 black peppercorns, 6 cloves,1 black cardamom, and 1 teaspoon of black cumin. Let them release the aroma.

Next, add the chicken pieces. Saute till they start to color a bit. And then add the 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger-garlic paste and saute until the raw smell goes away.

- 1 Tablespoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg Powder (Jaifil powder)
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Maca Powder (Javitri powder)
- 1 Teaspoon Whole Spices Powder

Mix well & cook on medium flame until the masala is coated into the chicken.

Add water, only if necessary, I have used Add 1/2 cup of water and stir. Cover with a lid and let it simmer till the chicken is cooked and oil is released from the top of the gravy.

Ingredients
- 1 Kg Chicken
- 1/2 Cup Cooking Oil
- 2 Large-Sized Onion
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

- 6 Black peppercorns
- 6 Cloves
- 1 Black Cardamom
- 1 Tsp Black cumin seeds

- Green Chili Slits For garnish
- 1/2 Cup Water
