How to make chicken tandoori pizza

How to make pizza dough

Have a large bowl add,3 cups of all-purpose flour.

Add 1 tablespoon of instant yeast to the bowl.

Then add 1 teaspoon salt and mix well.

Start the kneading, and then slowly add lukewarm water.

Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic, adding a bit of water, if necessary. (You may also knead the dough by hand for about 8-10 minutes.

Then add 10 tablespoons of olive oil.

Tightly cover the bowl with plastic wrap and set it aside in a warm, draft-free place to rise for an hour or so or until the dough doubles in size.

How to make pizza sauce

Take 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, then add 1/2 cup tomato ketchup.

Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce.

1 tablespoon chili sauce and stir.

Add 1 tablespoon of red chili flakes.

Then, add 1 tablespoon chili powder and mix.

Add 1 teaspoon coriander powder and stir to mix.

Cook on medium heat, keep stirring make sure it’s well cooked, and make it a thick consistency. Turn off the heat and remove the sauce from the pan and set it aside.

Chicken Filling

Take 2 tablespoons oil in a pot, add 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste and 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste and saute for a few minutes.

Then add 1 cup of chicken cubes and saute until the chicken on both sides is white.

When the chicken color is white, then add 1 tablespoon of chili sauce.

Add 1 teaspoon chili flakes and cook.

1 teaspoon red chili powder and mix combine.

Now add 1 teaspoon coriander powder,1/2 teaspoon cumin powder,1 teaspoon salt, and cook until the chicken is cooked.

When the chicken is cooked and the oil separates from the top. Remove the chicken from the pot and set it aside.

Tandoori Chicken Pizza Toppings

Remove the dough from the bowl. Press down on the dough ball with one finger and if it bounces back, chances are, it’s ready! Once it has risen, punch it down, knead it a little and then place it on a lightly floured surface. Divide into 2 equal parts and shape them into round balls.

Spread 1 teaspoon of oil evenly on the pizza tray. Place a dough ball and flatten it with your hand.

Next And prick with a fork.

Spread the homemade pizza sauce evenly over the pizza.

Place the chicken filling.

Then layer the veggies. I have used capsicum, the onion you can use any veggies of your choice.

Now add spread mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese. And place black Olivia.

Sprinkle chili flakes and oregano. It is an optional step.

Pre-heated in the oven at 180 for 20 minutes. Bake for 15 minutes per pizza, until the crust, has golden and the cheese has melted.

Remove the pizza from the oven and cool down and cut the sliced and enjoy.
