Ingredients Required For Rabri


Milk Full-Fat 1 litre

Sugar 4 tablespoons

Khoya 1/8 Cup

Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon

Pistachios for garnish

Almond for garnish

How To Make?


Making Rabri

Pour 1 litre Full-Fat milk, bring to the boil on medium to low flame.When the Malai floating in top with the help of the spatula the Malai layer place to the side of the non stick pot.

Once the milk has reduced to half, then add 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder,add 4 tablespoons of sugar and 1/8 cup khoya and Continue to gently stir the milk and stick the malai on the side of the pan.

Scrape all the malai from the sides of the pan and Keep stirring and let it simmer for 15 minutes. The rabri will start to thicken, take it off the flame.keep it refrigerator before serving and garnish with chopped pistachio and almond.
