Barfi recipe (Milk Barfi & Milk Powder Barfi) is a delicious and super creamy texture, easy to follow, and melts in your mouth. Made using simple 5 ingredients and easy to make in less than 25 minutes only! Milk powder barfi is one of the most popular sweets in Indian and Pakistani. Milk Barfi is everyone’s, favorite sweet.

The quintessential Indian sweet of festivals and celebratory occasions, Milk barfi is a delicious sweet to prepare at home yet very easy. It a traditionally served at festivals like Eid and other special occasions.

A fuss-free, simple, and easy barfi recipe with a handful of ingredients, you can prepare this at home and serve your guests post a full meal at dinner parties. This is a simple Indian dessert made on special occasions like Eid and Muslim weddings.

It is prepared with aromatic cardamom powder and garnished with chopped pistachios. There are many kinds of Barfi like ,Khajoor ki Barfi Kaju barfi, and coconuts barfi.

Barfi recipe is easy to make there are no important points just follow the step-by-step photos. This is no-bake sweet. In this post, I have shared photos and recipe instructions.

Milk Powder

Powdered milk has equivalent nutrition to contemporary milk. It provides bone-building nutrients like supermolecule, and calcium, via sterol and fat-soluble vitamins. milk may be a supply of supermolecules and will be further to recipes to extend the number of supermolecules and energy (especially for individuals with health conditions that require additional protein).

How to make Milk Barfi (Step-by-step Photos)

Take 3 cups of milk powder into the bowl.

Take a non-stick pot, and add 240ml of full-fat milk.

Bring to a boil and whisk using a hand whisker.

Add 1/4 cup of ghee. Let the ghee melt and whisk with a wire whisker.

And until the ghee is combined with the milk.

Then add 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder and mix well.

Remove the pot from the heat and slowly add 3 cups of milk powder.

Turn the heat and keep stirring the barfi mixture consistently and cook.

Now add 12 tablespoons of powdered sugar into the pot and stir until the sugar is melted.

When the sugar is melted completely. Reduce the heat to medium and continue to stir for 5 minutes until the barfi begins to thicken. Make sure to scrape the sides to prevent burning.

Once you see the barfi will come together and leaves the pot. Remove the pot from the heat.

Transfer the mixture to a greased cake mold and spread evenly using a spatula.

Spread chopped pistachios and press gently with the use of a silicone spatula. Let this set for 2 hours.

Once the milk barfi has been set and cut them into 15 squares shape and serve with guests.
