This classic mango mousse recipe is a joy to the senses; the smell of the mango puree, the touch of the fresh cream, the aesthetically pleasing presentation, and of course, the delicious flavor of each sip of this dessert cocktail leave you so, so satisfied.

Also, along with being delicious, this is the perfect sweet to serve at a small gathering with friends or family. It’s so simple that you can make and serve them all night, or you can leave the ingredients on the bar for anyone to make their own.

Mango Mousse

HOW TO MAKE IT?

Take 1 large-sized fresh mango and wash them and peel the skin and cut them into pieces.

And transfer to the blender’s jar and 1/2 cup of milk together and blend until smooth puree.

Bring to 1 kg full-fat milk to a boil then add 1/3 cup of condensed milk stir and cook.

Meanwhile, add 2 tablespoons corn flour to a bowl and then,1/4 cup of milk and mix well.(Make sure the mixture has to be smooth without lumps are not formed.

When the milk turns to cook and changes color, then slowly add the dissolved corn flour mixture into the milk. (Make sure you can uses a whisk to mix it. and avoids any lumps.

Cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes until the mixture turns thick. Turn off the flame. And let it cool down.

Then add mango puree, cream and mix it.

Chill it in the refrigerator until cold and served into the glasses.

  • 1 large-Sized Mango
  • 1 Packed Fresh Cream I have used olper Brand.you can uses any good quality brand as your choice.
  • 1 litre Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Condensed milk
  • 2 Tbsp Corn flour

Instructions
