Need Ingredients
Eggs 2
Onion 4 Medium
Green Chili 2
Coriander leaves
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp
How To Make Khagina
Take 2 eggs.
2 medium Finely chopped onion,2 Finely chopped green chili, chopped Coriander leaves.
Break 2 eggs into the bowl,add 1 tablespoon of red chili powder, 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of salt and whisk well.
Heat up the 4 tablespoons of oil.once the oil is heat up.
Add chopped onion and fry until pinkish.Then add chopped green chili.
Now add egg mixture and cook on low flame until the eggs are scrambled.
Cook and keep stirring until eggs are cooked and garnish with Coriander leaves.
Serve with chapati,roti.
