Ingredients

  • Mushroom 1/4 Cup
  • Egg 3
  • Salt 1/2 Tsp
  • Black Pepper powder 1/2 Tsp
  • Green chili chopped 1
  • Onion 1 small sliced
  • Coriander Chopped
  • Cooking Oil 5 Tbsp

  • Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
  • Chopped the green chili and set aside.
  • Cut the onion into thin slices.
  • In a frying pan,add 5 tablespoon oil until the oil is warm.
  • Add onion and saute until the onion is caramel.
  • Add mushroom sliced and stir fry until the mushroom are tender.
  • Remove the filling to a bowl.
  • In a bowl, crack in the 3 eggs beat the egg uing a fork until frothy.
  • Add prepare filling,1/2 teaspoon of salt,1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder and Using a fork to beat the ingredients until combined.
  • In a frying pan on medium heat, pour 2 tablespoon of cooking oil.Once the oil is hot.
  • Spread the eggs mixture.
  • Once the eggs mixture is set.
  • Using a spatula flip it and cook until the egg mixture are cook.
  • Transfer the mushroom omelette into a serving plate.
  • Serve with bread,paratha,and side with Milk Tea.
