Ingredients
- Mushroom 1/4 Cup
- Egg 3
- Salt 1/2 Tsp
- Black Pepper powder 1/2 Tsp
- Green chili chopped 1
- Onion 1 small sliced
- Coriander Chopped
- Cooking Oil 5 Tbsp
How to make omelette
- Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
- Chopped the green chili and set aside.
- Cut the onion into thin slices.
- In a frying pan,add 5 tablespoon oil until the oil is warm.
- Add onion and saute until the onion is caramel.
- Add mushroom sliced and stir fry until the mushroom are tender.
- Remove the filling to a bowl.
- In a bowl, crack in the 3 eggs beat the egg uing a fork until frothy.
- Add prepare filling,1/2 teaspoon of salt,1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder and Using a fork to beat the ingredients until combined.
- In a frying pan on medium heat, pour 2 tablespoon of cooking oil.Once the oil is hot.
- Spread the eggs mixture.
- Once the eggs mixture is set.
- Using a spatula flip it and cook until the egg mixture are cook.
- Transfer the mushroom omelette into a serving plate.
- Serve with bread,paratha,and side with Milk Tea.
