My mom has always, been a concept for my recipes. This recipe could be very smooth to follow. The recipe may be made to shallow pan-fry fish. Fish is a part of famous Pakistani avenue food. It may be served as an aspect with chutney, cold drink, and chappati.
This is a maximum terrific dish is a mouth-watering and crazing recipe first marinate the masala with the portions and the marinated finish after which shallow fry it. And serve with warm.
- Fish 1 Kg clean and wash under running water. Drain off the water thoroughly.
- Ginger Paste 1 tbsp
- Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Gram flour 1/4 cup
- Oil 1/8 Cup
- Powder Spices

Fish Marinate
On a plate, add the following Spices,
- Red chili powder 3 tablespoons
- Cumin powder 1 tablespoon
- Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 tablespoon
- Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
- Ajwain 1 teaspoon
Add 1 tablespoon ginger,1 tablespoon garlic paste,2 tablespoons lemon juice and mix well.
And then add gram flour(Besan).
Now add oil slowly.
Mix it, and make a paste.
Coat the fish piece in the prepared masala paste on both sides. Set aside on a plate. And marinate the fish for 1 hour.
Frying The Prepared Fish
In a pan, add 8 tablespoons of oil and spread it well.
Once the oil is heated it. Place the 2 pieces and fry for 5 minutes.
Flip it to the other side and fry for 5 minutes. When they become crispy. Remove to a plate.

- 1 Kg Fish Clean and wash under running water. Drain off the water thoroughly.
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
- 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 Cup Gram flour Besan
- 1/4 Cup Oil
- 3 Tbsp Red chili powder
- 1 Tbsp Cumin powder
- 2 Tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 Tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tsp Ajwain
- Oil For Frying As needed
Instructions
