How To Make Chicken Manchurian

Marination

Place chicken in a large bowl. Add 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon black pepper,1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon paprika powder. Season with salt. mix well to coat. Marinate, refrigerate for 1/2 hour.

Prepared Sauce

In another bowl add 1/2 cup tomato puree,3 tablespoon tomato ketchup,2 tablespoons cornflour,1 tablespoon soy sauce,1 tablespoon chili flakes,1 teaspoon white pepper powder,1/2 teaspoon salt according to your family taste.

Mix well and set aside.

Cooking Chicken

Heat 1/4 cup oil in a large pan over medium-high heat Fry the 1 tbsp of Ginger Garlic Paste (adrak lasan paste), till an aroma comes.

Add marinated chicken and saute for 2 minutes on medium heat until color white. Cover and cook for 10 minutes until chicken is cooked.

While chicken cooks, Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in another pan.

Add capsicum, and sauté for another 2 minutes or until they are tender but crunchy.

  • 1/2 Kg Boneless chicken I used chicken breasts), cut into cubes

  • 1 Tbsp Chili Flakes
