Hello Friends! Today’s recipe is a Banana Bread, Which is generally made with all-purpose flour and brown sugar. Easy-to-make for perfectly moist bread recipe here. This is my family’s favorite banana loaf recipe.

Hello, views, today we are making Banana Bread is so moist and light crumb made with all-purpose flour. One of my first bread recipes on the blog. This healthy banana bread is perfect serve for the morning time.

And these Banana Breads are easy-to-make only one bowl bread recipe and simple seven ingredients.

how to make banana bread

Preheat the oven to 160 celsius degrees for 30 minutes upper and lower rods are on.

First grease a Disposable Aluminum Foil Pan.

Banana-Bread-

Using a mixing bowl, then add 4 peeled bananas and mash the bananas using a whisker.

Then add 2 eggs (for room temperature) and whisk again.

Add 10 tablespoons of brown sugar.

Begin to mix all the ingredients with a whisk. Mix very well till the sugar has dissolved.

In a separate bowl, add 2 cups of all-purpose flour.

Then add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, and 2 teaspoons of baking powder and mix the dry ingredients.

Next, With a spatula gently fold the dry ingredients into the liquid mixture.

Now, add 12 tablespoons of oil.

If the bread batter looks very thick then add 2 tablespoons of oil and gently incorporate it into the batter and fold gently. Scrape the sides of the bowl.

With the spatula, place the bread batter in the prepared Disposable Aluminum Foil Pan.Evenly spread the surface of the batter with a spatula.

Place the pan in the preheated oven. Bake 160 degrees celsius for one hour (upper and lower rods on) or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.

When completely the one hour and then the top looks golden, check the toothpick inserted comes out clean.Keep the Disposable Aluminum Foil Pan on a wired rack.

Let the bread cools down Cut the bread into slices and serve with Milk Tea.
