Preparation For Pasta
I have used bake parlors brand pasta.You can use any brand.
I have used boneless chicken cut into cubes. Take a 250 gram chicken.
I have used small-sized cabbage cut into julienne.
Take a medium sized capscium cut into julienne.
I have used medium sized carrot cut into sliced.
Cook Pasta
In a pot of salted boiling water, Boil the pasta as per instructions the packet.
And transfer to the cool water.
Drain the pasta to a colander.
Cook Chicken
Heat 2 tbsp of oil.And add 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste and fry again.When the ginger garlic is fry.Now add chicken and fry until golden in color.
Add seasoning are following.
- 1 tbsp of Coriander powder
- 1 tsp of Cumin powder
- 1 tsp of White pepper powder
- 1 tsp of Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp of Salt
Then add chopped veggies and cook the veggies for a minute.
Bechamel sauce (white sauce)
Heat 1 tbsp of butter or oil to the pan.And add 2 tbsp of flour and cook.
When the mixture is cook and turn off the heat and slowly add milk.
Mix everything using a whisk and until don’t any lump.
Add 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
and then add 1 tsp of red chili flakes and 1 tsp of salt.
Mix everything.
Then add veggies.
Now add 1/3 cup of cheese and cook until the cheese is melt.
Add boil pasta and mix well and cook for a while and serve hot.

- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- Milk as needed
- 1 tsp Red chili flakes
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/3 cup cheese
Other Ingredients

- Capsicum I have used small-sized capsicum cut into julienne.
- Carrot I have used medium sized carrot cut into sliced.
Instructions
