All-Purpose Flour 1 Cup and 12 tablespoons
Coco Powder 1/2 Cup
Powder Sugar 1 Cup and 12 tablespoons

Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
Coffee Powder 2 teaspoons
Oil 1/2 Cup
Eggs 2
Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon
Milk Hot 1 Cup

Sweet Chocolate Compound 1/3 Cup
Heavy Cream 1 Cup
Vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon
How To Make chocolate cake?
1.Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes. Grease a cake tin with some oil.
2.In a large bowl sift together all-purpose flour,sugar,coco powder,baking powder,baking soda and coffee powder.
3.In a Second bowl whisk together 1/2 cup oil ,2 eggs ,1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 cup hot milk till smooth.
4.Now mix slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk them together.
5.Pour the cake batter it in a greased cake tin.
6.Bake it for 30 minutes at 180 degrees C or till the toothpick inserted comes out clean.When the cake is bake.
7.Let the cake cool in the pan on a wire rack, for 1 to 2 hours.
How To Make Chocolate Ganache
1.In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring the heavy cream to a boil.
2.Once it is boiling, remove the heavy cream from the heat. Add the sweet chocolate to the saucepan.
3.Using a whisk, stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the ganache is smooth.
4.Next, stir in the 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. and mix well. Then transfer the chocolate glaze in to a small bowl.
5.Cover the top of the bowl with the chocolate glaze with a piece of wrap.
6.Let the chocolate ganache cool for about 10 minutes.
7.Chocolate ganache is ready.
Decorate
1.Spread the chocolate ganache over the centre of the cake.Using a knife,begin to spread it all over evenly.
