Hello View and welcome back! Today we are making Strawberry Cake Recipe, topped with whipped cream. These Strawberry cakes are dressed up for my little brother birthday. I decorated them with colorful sprinkles.

One of my favorite strawberry cake recipes, which I’ve taken to calling Strawberry Cake over the years. however, I have made this cake many times and it has never let me down. A celebration is incomplete without cakes.

Once your wet ingredients are thoroughly mixed, add them slowly to the dry ingredients. I preferred to take a measuring cup.

The Cake base is a simple mix of standard baking ingredients like sugar, eggs, flour, and baking powder that come together to create a lovely, not-too-sweet cake. It is almost humble in its simplicity, but the humility stops there, thanks to the addition of whipped cream that fancifully decorates the top and brings the magic to this cake.

Instructions

Baking Cake Base

Before starting anything, preheat your oven to 180 Celsius degrees for 15 minutes so that it’s nice and hot when the batter is complete.

The first step is to combine the dry ingredients-1/2 cup of All-purpose flour, and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder into a bowl.

Put 3 eggs and 1/3 cup of powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of strawberry essence and a few drop of red food color into the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Mix on medium-high speed until pale and fluffy, 3 to 5 minutes.

Slowly add the dry ingredients and fold.

Bake for 180 c degrees for 15-18 minutes. Let the cake cool in a plate on a wire rack. Cut into three layers.

Making the cream

Beat 300 grams of whipping cream and using a hand electric beater and beat the cream at medium-to-high speed until you get stiff peaks. (do not overbeat the cream).

Assembling And decorating the cake

Next slices the cake sponge into the 3 layers using a sharp knife. (Used the sharp knife carefully). Brush the sugar syrup into the cake sliced. (be careful not to add much sugar syrup as the cake sliced may become soggy).

Spread whip cream, then place the other layer.

Once the last layer of cake has been added, spread a thin layer of whip cream all over the sides and top of the cake using a palette knife.

Add the remaining whip cream in a piping bag and decorated the flower around the top edges.

Chill the cake for at least 2 hours. And cut into slices and serve.
