Masala Chai (Masala Tea)
Masala Tea is an Asia Hot Drink. People enjoy Milk Tea in the Morning or Masala Tea during the Evening. Masala Chai (Masala Tea) is made Together with Tea Masala and Lastly added milk.
What Is Masala Tea?
Masala is a Hindi name that means Spices and Tea is a Hindi name that means Chai. Masala chai is known as Spices Tea. Masala chai is a traditional south Asia tea made with Tea powder, spices, and milk.

There are different types of Tea.
Cardamom Tea (Elaichi chai & chai recipe)
Pakistani Karak Chai (Strong Tea)
Tips And tricks
- Tea masala that are a bit crushed for the best results.
- Boiling the water with chai masala before adding milk allows the masala to rehydrate and release flavor.
- Always Use strong tea for a strong flavor.
- Adjust the spices you add to your taste.
- Water and milk ratio I have use 2 cups of water and 1/2 cup of milk.
What Spices Are used?
Green Cardamom
Fennel Seeds
Cinnamon Stick
Cloves
How to make?
1 Tablespoon of Tea powder
3 Tablespoons of sugar
4 Green cardamom
2 Tablespoons of fennel seeds
1 Cinnamon stick 1 inch
4 Cloves
Ginger 1 piece 1 inch
Bring 2 cups of water.
When the water bring to a boil then add chai masala and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
After 10 minutes has completed now add 1/2 cup of milk as needed and cook for another minutes.
Serve chai immediately.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Tapal Tea powder
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 4 Green Cardamom
- 4 Cloves
- 1 1inch Cinnamon stick
- 1 piece Ginger 1 inches
- 2 tbsp Fennel Seeds
- 2 Cups Water
- 1/2 Cup Milk
Instructions
- Bring 2 cups of water.
- When the water bring to a boil then add chai masala and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
- After 10 minutes has completed now add 1/2 cup of milk as needed and cook for another minutes.
- Serve chai immediately.
