Preparation
First, let us prepare the jellies. Whisk the jelly in one cup of boiling water till melted. Pour into a square container, allow to cool, and refrigerate till set. You will have two jellies prepared this way.
Make Custard
In a medium pot over medium heat, bring 4 cups of the milk to a boil. While the milk is heating, then add 1/2 cup of Vermicelli.
When the vermicelli is cooked.
Then, add 1/2 cup of condensed milk and Stir well.
Slowly add the dissolved custard mixture, stirring constantly.
Cook until thickened.
Whipped Cream
Add 1 cup of cream to a large mixing bowl. Beat the cream using a hand whisker and whisk until smooth.
Transfer the prepared custard into the cream and whisk until smooth.
Add 1/4 cup of raisins,2 tablespoons of chocolate chip and mix well and refrigerate until chilled completely.
Garnish with jelly and chopped pistachios.
