Custard Delight is a chilled dessert made with custard powder, milk, and sugar. This so creamy and sweet treat is a hit with the family and friends on a summer day.
How To Make
Make Custard
In a heavy bottom, pot and heats the 2 cups of milk and 4 tbsp of sugar, on a medium flame.
Stirring occasionally. Bring to boil.
Dilute the 2 tbsp of vanilla custard in 1/4 cup of milk, and make sure no lumps are formed. Add the prepared dissolved custard to the milk.
And stir using a whisk. Cook for 5 minutes or till custard consistency is attained, stirring continuously.
Turn off the heat and let the custard cool down to room temperature.
Assembling
Half custard in the serving bowl. And spread chocolate chip.
And add the remaining custard.
Garnish custard delight with some chocolate chip, oreo biscuit, and cherry.
