Kulfi is a Pakistan frozen dessert that is a Pakistani version of ice cream flavored with almonds. It’s rich, creamy, and super delicious and is traditionally made with slow-cooking milk until it is reduced and then flavoring it with cardamom powder.

Ingredients Required
Milk 4 cups
Bread 2 large-sized cut into brown edges
Sugar 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Kerwa water 1 tsp
Chopped almonds 1/4 cup
Chopped pistachio for garnish
Making Kulfi?
Add ¼ cup almond to the small jar of a grinder and grind to make a coarse powder.
In a heavy pot or kadai, heat 4 cups of milk on a medium flame for 10 minutes. The milk will reduce and thicken.
After 10 minutes, add 1/2 cup of sugar(according to your taste) to the reduced milk and mix well.
When the sugar has dissolved, then, add cardamom powder and mix well.
Once the milk is reduced, add the almond coarse that we made earlier to the pan and mix well.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter.
Add 2 chopped bread sliced and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the milk becomes thick.
Remove the pot from heat and Let the mixture cool at room temperature.
When the mixture is cooled.
Transfer to the blender jar and blend until a smooth paste.
Fill the prepared mixture in the kulfi mold and freeze overnight.
