How to make mango ice cream

First, take all the ingredients listed below:

  • 500-gram whip cream
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1 cup condensed milk
Mango Ice Cream

Take 2 cups of the chilled whipping cream in a stand mixer and begin to whip it on high speed. You can also use an electric beater to whip using a bowl.

Whip till you get stiff peaks. The cream will increase in volume.

Then, add 1 cup of mango puree and 1 cup of condensed milk and beat for 10 minutes until soft peaks.

And transfer to the airtight container and Freeze for 9 hours or overnight or till the ice cream is set.
