Ingredients For Crispy Bhindi Fry Recipe ( kurkuri bhindi)
*Okra ( bhindi) 250 gram
*Chickpeas flour ( besan) 4 tablespoons
*Corn flour 2 tablespoons
*Red chili powder 1 tablespoon
*Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
*Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
*Salt 1 teaspoon
*Dry mango powder 1 teaspoon
*Chaat masala 1 teaspoon
*Oil for frying
How To Make Crispy Bhindi Fry Recipe ( kurkuri bhindi)
Wash the bhindi (okra) and pat dry.
Cut the bhindi (okra) is to the halves.
Now take a empty bowl, add the following dry ingredients.
Red Chili Powder 1 tablespoon
Chaat masala powder 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1 tablespoons
Salt 1 teaspoon
Dry mango powder 1 teaspoon
Corn flour 2 tablespoons
Besan (chickpeas flour) 4 tablespoons
Slowly pour in water, while whisking constantly. There are no lump.Once the batter is ready.
Dip the bhindi slice in the batter. Make sure the bhindi slice is coated from all sides.
Heat oil, Check the oil is ready for frying ,Gently drop the batter coated bhindi slice in hot oil. (Make sure the oil should not be too hot and not to be too cool).
Fry and until all the sides are golden.Remove to the transfer to the serve plate .
