Aloo Methi Fry is a spicy, and super delicious Pakistani side Dish made with Potatoes, spices, and fenugreek. This fenugreek potato recipe is especially during winter when methi is in the winter season available. Serve with Chapati,Masoor Dal Recipe.

This aloo methi fry recipe is including step-by-step pics and easy to follow one-by-one method for making simple aloo methi recipe unique style.
Gather Ingredients
Heat oil in a Kadai, when the oil is warm then add slices of potatoes.
Fry the potatoes till light golden. Drain on absorbent paper and set aside.
Take another Kadai, add chopped methi fry until the methi wilts off. Then, add 1/2 teaspoon salt,1/2 teaspoon cumin powder,1/2 teaspoon coriander powder,1 teaspoon chili powder,1 teaspoon chili flakes.
Mix them well.
Lastly, add fried potatoes mix well.
Serve.

Aloo Methi Fry (Fenugreek Potato Recipe)
Ingredients
- 4 Medium-sized Potatoes Cut into thin sliced
- 1/2 Cup Fenugreek Leaves Methi
- Oil For Frying
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin powder
- 1 Tsp Coriander powder
- 1 Tsp Chili powder
- 1 Tsp Chili Flakes
Instructions
