The Yummy Cheese omelette is good and flossy. Straightforward ingredients… eggs and a few seasoning, a filling of veggies, mushrooms or cheese. But, it still is simply a fast dish creat out of eggs!

Heat 5 tablespoons of oil. Add the chop veggies. saute on medium flame until cooked. I have used capsicum, tomatoes and onion. You can use any favourite vegetables add this recipe.
Whisk the 2 eggs and spices together.
Add the cooked veggies and use a fork to beat the eggs together.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil.
Spread the mixture into the hot pan.
Cook for both sides. Once the omelette is cooked for both sides then add spread cheeses fold it halfway and cook until the cheeses melt.

- 7 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Cup Cheese
