Ingredients Substitute
Mango: You can use fresh, mango in this recipe. If available, mangoes are the best and most sweet to make a smoothie.
Yogurt: I have used milk yogurt in this mango smoothie. However, you can make it low-fat yogurt too.
Sugar: You can adjust the amount of sugar according to your mango tastes. I have used 4 tbsp.
