Homemade Chana Masala (chole masala)
Homemade chana masala is the unique blend of spices specially used in making Kala Chana Chaat (Black Chickpeas Salad Recipe),Chana Chaat (White Chickpea chaat).
Making Chole masala powder
Roast the whole red chili, cumin seeds, Coriander seeds and cloves.
Grind until the powder and store them for 3 months.
Tip for perfect Chole masala powder
*Dry roast on low flame.
*Keep stirring while roasting for even color.
*Let the chole masala powder cool completely and then only store it in an air-tight glass jar. You can store it in a cool dry place. It keeps well in the cool place for 3 months.
*Always uses good quality spices.
*Uses dry spoon always.

- 2 Tbsp Coriander seeds
- 2 Tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 Tbsp Salt
