Bread slices are soaked in milk and make into the small balls. These are deep fried and soaked in sugar syrup till soft .
Make this decadent sweet treat with my simple recipe that I have shared with step-by-step pictures.
Types of Gulab Jamun
There are three types of gulab Jamun.

Making Bread Gulab Jamun
Take all the ingredients required.
Bread sliced 6 cut into brown edges.
Milk powder 2 tbsp optional
Crush cardamom seeds.
Take a bread sliced into the bowl.And then,add in milk powder and mix well.
Slowly,add the milk 1 tablespoon and until the dough to form a soft smooth dough.
Cover the Dough,and the rest,for 10 minutes.
The mixture will be sticky. Apply some oil on your palms and make small balls from the dough without any cracks.
Heat ghee for deep frying over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, deep fry the bread Gulab Jamun in the ghee until it turns golden.
Drain the excess oil .
Meanwhile,making sugar syrup.Add 1 cup of water,and 1 cup of sugar and comes to a boil and the sugar syrup starts to thicken.
Add crush cardamom seeds.
Dip the Bread Jamun in the prepared sugar syrup.let it get soaked for 4 hours.Serve warm.

- 2 Cardamom seeds
- Ghee for frying
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Sugar
