How To Make Apple Jam (apple jam without pectin)
Wash and peel the apple and cut into small cubes.
And transfer the chopped apple to the non-stick pan, and then add 1 cup of sugar.
Bring to a boil, and mix gently.
Cook the jam for 15 -20 minutes on medium-low heat until the apples turn translucent.
Let’s cool . Transfer to the Blender jar and blend until a smooth paste. And cook for another 10 minutes until the color changes.
When you see the jam has thickened, remove it from the heat, and test it by running your finger across the back of a wooden spoon. Jam is ready.
Transfer hot jam to clean dry jars. Let the jam cool completely before placing the lids. If storing jam in a fridge.
The jam stays good in the fridge for 1-2 months.
