- 1 Medium Lauki (Bottle gourd)
- 1 Cup Yogurt
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Cumin powder

- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 Tsp Poppy Seeds
- 1 Leaves Curry Leaf
- 1/2 Tsp Nigella Seeds
- 2 Tbsp Oil
How to make Lauki Raita
Peel the skin cut the lauki into the half vertically, remove seeds and grate lauki using a grater.
Take the grated lauki add 1 cup water in a pot and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame till lauki is tender.
Strain the cooked lauki immediately press the lauki using of hand and extracted water remove.
Take a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of yogurt,1/2 teaspoon of salt,1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder, and whisk until smooth and creamy.
.Now add cooked lauki to the whisked yogurt and mix well.
How to make Tempering
In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil,1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds,1/2 teaspoon of poppy seeds,1/2 teaspoon of nigella seeds, and curry leaf to fry on a low flame now transfer the tadka to the whisked yogurt.
